Shipping & Returns

Gadget Chef retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or order cancelled. Gadget Chef thus encourages customers to use caution when placing an order, as once placed the order can not be cancelled, nor the item returned or exchanged unless Gadget Chef expressly consents.

In order to obtain a refund or exchange, prior approval must be given by Gadget Chef. Please email us at orders@gadgetchef.co, or call us at (65) 9623 2581 (9AM-5PM, ET, Monday through Friday).

Generally, Gadget Chef will consider returns within thirty (30) days of purchase. Refunds are for the cost of product only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

At Gadget Chef's sole discretion, Gadget Chef may impose a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee on items returned. Returns of "Factory Shipped" items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Before returning merchandise, please note the following:

  • If your merchandise arrived damaged, call the carrier that delivered your package within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Use the original box or use a sturdy substitute to ship items.
  • Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unused or defective to be returned. There may be a 15% restocking fee for items that do not meet these conditions.
  • C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted.
